Looking for Music.

I'm going to branch out of my usual Rock and Metal genre. So, if you know any good Jazz artists (Preferably instrumental), Blues, classical-ish (Maybe like Tom Waits, or some Bethoven, if you know what I mean), or any good artists that i should maybe check out outside of that, Let me know. =]

PS: *Please* No Hip-Hop, Rap, Pop ( Like..Brittney Spears and N'sync shit), or anything like that.
